Last week I competed at the Grand Valley State Univeristy's Big Meet on Friday. They just built a state of the art 300m facility last year, that is only an hour and a half away from Kalamazoo. Ryan ran 4:12.56 for the mile, then 50 minutes later he added a 14:25.67 in the 5k to complete a solid double Friday evening. More details to come later. Results
