The Krush Distance Camp mission is to equip athletes of all ability levels with the training tools and racing skills to KRUSH the competition when it matters most: during the Championship months of October and November, not a fitness test in August. We look forward to seeing you this summer! For more information on our distance camp, select "Distance Camp" on the menu bar.
Learn the proper technique for the long, triple, and high jump and take your skills to the next level. We start with the basics to make sure that you have a firm understanding of each part of the jump and in order for you to execute the jump repeatedly and with a high level of precision.
As mentors and coaches to young athletes, we understand the value of quality training for our kids. This training will develop your young athletes’ speed, agility, and power, as well as determine their readiness to take their abilities to the next level. Best of all, we will have FUN doing it!
The Speed and Agility training is geared around making training enjoyable by including drills and activities that not only help the athletes get stronger and faster but also do it in a way that makes it enjoyable and ensures athletes excited to show up for training.
During the training, athletes will learn how to:
- Accelerate and decelerate quickly;
- Change direction efficiently;
- Increase explosiveness to make quick bursts when needed;
- Improve reaction time through non-scripted, chaotic movement.
Our goal is to help your athletes make gains in a variety of areas to supplement their hard work during and prior to the season, and have a blast doing it.
We offer one-on-one sessions for general fitness and sport specific training.
We have group workouts for teams and clubs that want to hone their speed and other skills. We also have youth classes that focus on movement, balance, and agility.
If you're not local, we offer online coaching that will help you to your fitness or running to the next level you desire. You will have access to the coach and get weekly training plans and goals.
