“Anxiety is the hand maiden of creativity.”

As I relayed in my last blog I was not having the best attempts at racing the past few goes at it.  I have tried not to “ride the rollercoaster” but it has been difficult.  However, Sunday I was able to triumph over these negative emotions, complete my second ever half marathon, PR by almost 2 minutes, and even be victorious in our now hometown of Kala

Exhausted, drained, and wiped are not necessarily the words one should be describing they feel heading into a half but they seem to have been my "feel" words the past few days.  It's been a turbulent past few weeks, molding and grooming the girls to race their absolute best at the end of the season.  You push yourself or your athletes to the physical break
