The Krush Program gives you the opportunity to work with skilled staff in any setting you prefer: one-on-one or with a group. For more than three years, Krush has provided both adults and youth with speed training and jumper training as well as with distance running training through its summer Distance Camp.
Meet the skilled and experienced staff who run the Krush Program. They come from a variety of backgrounds: from medal winning high school programs to Olympic trainers and athletes. They know what they're talking about.
Jackson built two high school XC and track and field programs from the ground up, and led them to state championships with individual qualifiers, including one medalist.
Donaghue qualified and ran in the 2008 Olympic Trials and advanced to the finals, placing 8th and representing the USA at the 2009 IAAF World XC Championships.
Artie guided professional Track & Field athletes to top 4 finishes at USATF Championship and coached multiple athletes to qualify and compete at US Olympic Trials.
Whether new to running or a veteran, there is something for everyone to learn and experience at the Krush Distance Camp.
The camp is for middle and high school runners of all abilities. While we focus on running, we also take time each day to have some fun.
Working alongside fellow top runners with our experienced staff takes your running to the next level. You'll also make some new, lifelong friends.
You will learn about and hone practice training skills, technical drills and racing tactics from our skilled staff and guests like Olympian Brian Sell.
To equip athletes with the tools and skills needed to krush the competition when it matters most: during Championships, not a fitness test in August.
