NEW THIS YEAR – TEAM DISCOUNT: Invite your teammates – school teams of five or more athletes will receive a reduced rate of $570 per camper!

Read about how our campers raised the bar during the 2015 XC season.

The Krush Distance Camp mission is to equip athletes of all ability levels with the training tools and racing skills to KRUSH the competition when it matters most: during the Championship months of October and November, not a fitness test in July.

Krush Distance Camp Update

Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy XC State Champs!
We are still finalizing the dates for the 2016 Krush Distance Camp, but we will share those soon. Add your name to the mailing list to stay up to date.

Here’s a quick update on how Krush Campers performed this XC season.
Members of the State College girls XC team who attended helped lead their team to invitational wins at Harry Groves Spiked Shoe, BIg Valley Invitational, plus the Mid Penn League and District Championships. They culminated their season with a 5th place finish at the PIAA AAA Championships, an improvement over their 14th-place finish in 2014.
Members of the Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy girls who attended camp lead their team throughout the season as the team never finished worst than 4th in an Invitational and secured wins at the Bear Mountain River Run, Forest Hills, And Ridgway. They ended their season by winning the FIRST STATE TITLE in school history. One of the campers was an individual medalist as well.
The boys of Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy campers helped their team earn their first trip to the state championship where they finished 13th. They had several runnerup finishes throughout the year including, Bear Mountain River Run, Forest Hills, and District Championships.
All campers improved their times from the prior season. Several of them sliced more than a minute from the year before!
